One of the perks of writing for HOOPH is that you get to be sent to different events to blog about it. Last year, among other events, I was able to cover Kobe Bryant’s Manila visit. Via Nike/Ogilvy invitation. And again, last night, the fake media man (me), was sent to witness and write about the Team Pilipinas and Nike partnership towards reaching one goal: That is, to qualify for the World Championships.

It took me soooooooooo long to adapt into wearing crocs partly because I love my 2 Cons and the 2 havaianas rotation. Even on meetings/appointments, I am on brown Cons All-Stars. I drop by on our shop on slip-ons. In fact, the plans was to buy Cons again last Wed. But no new design for the Converse All-Stars. Thus, I ended up buying my first Crocs.
