pwned one

pwned

This should be in the pipeline…

I had a meeting with one 24 year old (yes, her age was a topic, as well as her address, friendster profile, salary, etc.) chinese girl (account executive) and my ring kinda got in the way with what should have been… you know. The ring factor. And so, I rest my desire, err, case.

I am owned or shall I say, pwned. “P” for positively owned. If you’re pwned, as in pwned, this should apply too. Either way, this is our badge.

An hour later, while parking, one dude was wearing t-shirt with “GAME OVER” that has a cartoonish pic of marrying couple. Ah wait, I’ll look for an image. (minutes later…) HERE.

Kaya naman, we sat down and made our own version. Maintaining the “gaming” concept, we used PWNED instead of “game over.” We made two color versions, the green and the near lavender, one of two favorite color themes of the bride.

PWNED as defined by wiki.

Pwn is a leetspeak slang term, derived from the word “own”, that implies domination or humiliation of a rival, used primarily in the internet gaming culture to taunt an opponent who has just been soundly defeated. Past tense is sometimes spelled pwnt (pronounced with a t sound), pwned, pwnd, pwn3d, or powned (with the standard d sound). Examples include “pwnage” or “You just got pwned!”

In hacker jargon, to “pwn” means “to compromise” or “to control,” specifically another computer, web site, gateway device, or application. It is synonymous with one of the definitions of hacking or cracking. An outside party who has “owned” or “pwned” a system has obtained unauthorized administrative control of the system.
