Check out this street wear from the Philippine government. You’ll see this across the Kingdom of Bayani Fernando.

On our way to a Nagtahan KFC meeting today (yes, tees related eyeball), I asked this goodfella for a quick photo shoot using my phone cam. Nope, he’s not Bata Reyes (editor’s note, face later removed). The guy’s game and managed to give one killer smile.

Been wandering Manila and wondering for a while now WTF Pulis Oyster means. I mean are they pulis tsu-tsu? Pulis tippers? Pulis Undercovers? Pulis Yosi vendors? Pulis Tong collectors?

Turns out, they are good people from a badly named project. They are the OYSTER , short for (grown up) Out-of-School Youth Serving Toward Economic Recovery. Yes economic recovery thru street sweeping. Broom! broom!

After some months, now I know what this “OYSTER” is all about. I can finally have a good night sleep.

Manila Boy’s take HERE.

Anyhaus, had the Manila or Philippine government commissioned to us the project, we’ll surely put the HOOD. You gotta have the HOOD. So that, come rain or shine, the OYSTERs are out to get the job done.

OYSTER man, OYSTER! (Shaking head.) Now I am friggin hungry I want to go to BATAAN and consume a kilo of talaba.
